Deep sorrow contains its own history. Compassion that is able to embrace such sorrow must itself have shared the same experience.

The words "Together with all beings without exception I would like to attain birth in the Pure Land," that constitute the last half of the ekomon (merit-transference gatha ) to be chanted at the end of the service, are filled with this same boundless love and compassion.

それを包み得る慈悲とは、経験を共にするものでなければならない。
勤行の最後に勤める、「普共諸衆生 往生安楽国」という回向文は、
